自己以一年標準乖離來衡量，能在負2σ以$1.27買，並在正1σ以$1.49賣，應該是不錯的交易，就決定賣了.
投資的目的就是創造現金流，那現在有17%資本盈利，就不用等明年的1.8%股息.
